…and I want it RIGHT now! Can you relate? Would you like to learn and incorporate more patience in your life and have less triggers that set you off or cause you to over eat, drink, exercise, have racing thoughts, experience anxiety?  

I’m not going to get all fluffy and try to give you tools, or talk about breathing, quiet time and what not. When you find yourself with less and less patience and feeling upside down, it’s time. I know it, you know it. 

Having patience, living a balanced life, keeping calm in chaotic and stressful times is a daily practice. There is no band-aid, it requires internal work, discovering what your triggers are and stop allowing them to overwhelm you. Learning what true inner peace and calm feels like, all. the. time.

Stop trying to create the perfect Christmas/Hannukah. You are stressing yourself out and no one is going to remember the good stuff you are trying to create when you, yourself are grumpy, overwhelmed and faking it. 

Purchase the cookies, or skip them altogether. That extra food, not needed. That “extra” present, nope, that isn’t needed either. 

Your PRESENCE is what is wanted, from everyone, especially yourself.
