I knew from the age of 10 that I was not from earth. I intuitively knew and my heart was heavy. I would cry at times yearning for the place I originated from. Being a human was so difficult, challenging, painful at times. Oh, there were a lot of fun times but the yearning for where I originated from was strong.
I didn’t feel I could share this with anyone, it didn’t feel safe. I’ve had moments that I wanted to leave this human experience but something has always kept me here. I’m grateful for that.
It was 65 years ago I came earth side, in a human body. Born into a family of four siblings and a mother and father along with quite an extended family. This life experience (so far), has been filled with so many amazing ups and downs. Sometimes the roller coaster of life would do the vertical loop thereby having me scream with fear and excitement all at once. Maybe you too have had some amazing experiences on your roller coaster of life!
I look forward to at least the next 25-30 years, on earth, of creating experiences that will light up my life, create great memories, meet people and let people go. I do know, from within my soul/deep wisdom that I will continue to strengthen my light, my inner peace and share it outward. I will connect more and more with those that are seeking similar to me. I look forward to this amazing time!

This is totally normal.
If you ever need guidance,
simply slow down your busy mind
and bring your awareness
to the quiet place
inside yourself.On this planet, nothing is permanent.
People and things will come and go.
You will fall in love and form sentimental attachments
only to lose everything you hold dear.So cling to nothing too tightly, even yourself,
and when it’s time to let go, let go with grace,
for nothing is owned, only borrowed.As you walk among
the people on the planet,
try to be a good guest.
Tread lightly. Remember
that you are only visiting.
Don’t make a mess.
Listen more than you speak.
Give more than you take.Don’t keep your soft heart
locked inside a glass cage,
protected from wear and tear.You’ll never make it out alive
and time passes quickly.
So come back with some battle scars
and good stories to tell.
