It’s so exhausting right now, isn’t it? This thought came up and it somewhat surprised me. I am not out in the day-to-day interaction with people like many of you reading this are. Regardless whether you are on social media, watch television, hear other people talking, you cannot ignore the intensity of chaotic energy pushing up against you. It can be very difficult to navigate and possibly a desire to be irritated all. the. time.
I saw a post from a gal stating that she used to start out her day with quietness, a cup of tea by her side and reflecting on her upcoming day. She said she had changed this routine in January and was angry that she felt forced to do so. This is her choice, however, if there is anything that is needed right now is the peace and inner quiet, continuing or creating behaviors to allow you to connect to your inner wisdom, quietness and peace.
When we stay super busy, there is no space to create quietness. Some of us are unfamiliar with quiet, and it’s uncomfortable. Some of us are in the stages of quietness and inner peace and are being encouraged to go deeper. Recently, I was reminded that I am ready to go deeper into my inner peace, the inner quietness, which quite honestly surprised me. I thought I was doing pretty well, which I am, however, it can get better than where I am at.
