Short and sweet writing today. I’ve had an amazing month so far, and so grateful for each and every one of you that have come in for a session, let me know the newsletter resonated with you, dropped me a note, emailed me, texted with an experience you’ve had, and let me not forget about those of you that sent me messages via the ethers, because I received each and every one even though you didn’t say anything out loud in your humanness. My heart and soul is full and bursting with bright light and so. much. glitter energy!

I’ve been talking about energy, awakening and the ascension for quite a while now. I can feel and see it happening for others. I went through my spiritual awakening in 2013-2014 and at that time, it was very difficult releasing old ways, beliefs and feeling a bit crazy at times. The old energy is actually breaking down, it cannot sustain with the new, lighter energy coming in. If you haven’t experienced the above yet, just wait, it’s coming and it’s amazing!
I adore this image. It helps me to look at ASAP slightly different. It feels less restrictive and demanding and more flowing and allowing.

I believe we all have been toxic at one moment or another in our human journey. As you do your own healing, you may recognize those toxic traits that you had and hopefully you have or are in the process of healing them.
I’ve decided to look for the positives, the people that are out doing the work, fighting against and finding new ways to navigate the broken world. I’m exploring ways that I can speak up, share, support, and let others know they are not alone. I am truly encouraged and uplifted with all the work that so many people are doing to create this new world, this different way of being. Once I decided to do this, others are sharing posts with me, I’m connecting with people all over the U.S. that are doing their part. If you are overwhelmed and feel frozen, be still, and know that you are being supported even if you can’t see it. When you are rested, know you will be welcomed into connecting.

Many people have logged off of social media as they feel too overwhelmed with what is happening, then guilty for not knowing about what’s going on and then feel despair when they do. What if, instead of taking huge bites (time) of social media, set a time period, say 15 minutes to scroll through, check out friends and then step away. If you start feeling nauseous, angry, irritated, etc. that’s your sign to log off.
I encourage you to use this listing as you go about your week. Compliment your child, partner, co-worker, clerk, start a tsunami of positive uplifting energy. You may just be amazed of how much better you feel by doing so!
