Sitting in my living room, the sun streaming in through the patio door, the water fountain making trickling sounds of cleansing along with the wind chimes sharing beautiful music with the wind, I am reminded how peace filled this earthly experience can be. As I stay present in this moment, all is well, I am taken care of. This is a mantra of mine. 

What is your mantra? Do you have one? Many of my clients are given mantras when they see me. I have been using mantras for well over twenty years now. I find comfort and an opportunity for my mind to be calmed. Here are some mantras that I shared with my clients this past week.

I am at peace and I am safe, right here in this moment.

I am learning to be open to seeing my life experience in a different way. I ask for insight and clarity to see it as it is and not as I thought it was to be. I am strong and supported.

Breathing exercise – 
 Breathe in through your nose and think – I breathe in peace
    Breathe out through your mouth  and think – I breathe out worry
    Breathe in – confidence       Breathe out – doubt
    Breathe in – calm                 Breathe out – fear
    Breathe in – light                  Breathe out – uneasiness

What are you needing at this time? Are you frozen in fear or simply going along with whatever is happening? How can I help? What can I share, write about, encourage or help provide insight? Is everything going well in your world?. 

What are you doing to reduce your fight or flight response?

Reduce your stress and receiving a higher more expansive perspective?

Help to release worry and create a higher vibrating thought process?
