I did some regular shopping early in the morning and was almost nauseous with all the product and items that were out for purchase for the Holidays. As I walked through the store locating the items on my list there were workers unpacking even more cases of merchandise.
When I left the store and got into my car I felt energetically yucky, energetic bile in my throat and an overall numbness in my body. I was over stimulated with so much stuff. I did a clearing and cleansing to remove this energy I’d picked up.
I used the energetic drain cleansing that I learned from a fellow healer. Here are the instructions I received from Jade Rehder.
Clean Your Energy Up
You may spend your day cleaning up your house, office, language, thoughts or interactions, but do you consciously consider cleaning up your energy? The Drain It’s ultra simple to clean up the energy you carry around. Some of the energy you have chosen with your thoughts and feelings, and the rest of the energy you have picked up naturally in your energy field often without your knowledge.
- Imagine a large drain in the floor below you like in a shower. The cover of the drain has holes that allow the energy to flow down and it goes to the source of creation.
- Picture an unseen flow of water from your energetic shower (from Source) washing you off on all levels – physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.
- Now, ask any low vibrations, heavy or restrictive energy, and unbeneficial energy that you are carrying with you in your body and energy fields to be washed down your drain. Low vibrational and restrictive energy is heavy and will easily flow down your drain. High vibrational and supportive energy stays high so it remains with you.
- Feel the heavy energy leave. *If it is an intense feeling or you are feeling pulled downward, ask the energetic shower to slow down and if needed, ask the size of the drain holes to decrease.
- The drain has a one-way valve so that it only allows energy to go down and the drain empties into the void of creation. When the energy passes through your drain it transmutes into pure creation energy.
- Now, it’s time to fill you back up. Ask your infinite Love and Healing Rose Gold Light from whatever Source energy is for you to flow in your crown center down through your entire being filling you up totally and completely.
- Rippling out from your physical body to your emotional, mental and spiritual energy fields.
- You can put a drain anywhere you need one at any time. Your drain will work automatically once installed.
You can create temporary ones when you travel in hotel rooms. You can do your entire house, land or business. Put one under the seat in your car, under your office chair or in front of the sink where you do dishes. Any place where you naturally build frustrations. Use your imagination and be creative where you can place drains!
I just finished creating a new batch of Smudge Spray, just in time to give as gifts or for yourself!
What is smudge spray you may ask? Well, let’s start with what is smudging. Smudging is a form of space clearing. Although there are various ways to space clear, such as bells, salt, etc., burning sage is the most common form in the West. Sage smudging has its origins with the Native Americans and has been used for thousands of years. Sage is the most common herb used because of its natural clearing properties.
When I was working a regular 8-5 I wanted to clear the toxic energy I was working in however burning sage was not an option. I learned from a fellow healer about smudge spray and came up with my own recipe.
My smudge spray is created during a ceremony where I infuse Reiki energy into the ingredients with intentions of clearing and cleansing. The ingredients are essential oils of clary sage, lavender, rosemary, eucalyptus and spearmint, distilled water and alcohol as a shelf stabilizer.
If you have ever come to see me for a session, you have smelled this smudge spray at the beginning of each energy healing. I spray it over you to clear and open the space for receiving.
