No really, I want to check in with you. Are you making sure you ate something for your body today? How’s the distractions going? Isn’t it amazing how we can keep ourselves preoccupied to not pay attention to ourselves? What’s that niggle that keeps bugging you, trying to get your attention? I get it, keep trying to ignore it, who wants to deal with whatever the niggle is? Been there, done that, never works. If anything, you’d think I’d learn.

For those of you doing great, life is good, all is well. Feeling pretty solid? Awesome! What did you do to get to this place and keep maintaining it? Compliment yourself for getting there. As you know, it’s no easy feat to maintain the inner peace and calmness!

How am I you ask? I am doing pretty good actually. The 31 Day Detox from social media has been interesting. I definitely have my inner peace stronger and no longer wonky. I do miss the connections I was feeling on FB and the meme’s my daughter and I send to each other on Instagram that make me giggle. I don’t miss the barrage of political upheaval.

Here are some items I’ve recently I’ve helped clients uplevel their tools to navigate their human experience.

  • Begin to create stronger boundaries so they don’t feel like they are being taken advantage of.
  • Consider to stop going above and beyond what the job description is. Management is oblivious to it and it is making the person feel invisible.
  • Creative ways to interact with clients and not have to hear all day about politics, worries, heavy subjects.
  • Ways to release the negative energy around them and to claim more of their own energy on a regular basis.
  • Finding ways to incorporate crystals in their day. From having a client hold a clearing energy crystal during their appointment, to setting intentions for their chair and area.
  • Connecting to their body more, and learning to listen to it, and the ways it is communicating. It’s a process, but the more they practice the easier it gets.
  • Making the connection to their thinking and behavior from their 10-year-old self. This inner child is a pistol and the client gets to work with her in a variety of ways from helping her 10-year-old feel supported and loved, and most of all heard.

To schedule a session, one doesn’t need to be in crisis. Sometimes the best sessions are when we allow what really needs to bubble up and be seen.

Here is something to ponder, if the only time you schedule a session is when you are having serious issues, all we are doing is putting out the fire. What if scheduling a session to explore areas that need a little extra TLC or acknowledgement? I’m ready and creating space for you to come see me. I look forward to seeing you soon!
