It’s been an interesting week of sessions and interactions out and about. There is a lot of talk of all the happenings, what is being shut down, taken away and so on. Some people are fighting to try and keep what is or what was. There’s nothing wrong with that. I’d like you to consider and get curious, what if I can’t save what is or what was, but I can create new from what was?

Hear me out. We are literally in the throws of chaos creation, as a collective we are awakening and can no longer ignore or look past what has always been there. Some of the things that are being shut down or taken away were created in an older energy that cannot sustain in this new. What if that is why some of these changes are being made? We are in the age of change and expansion. I’ve been talking about this for years now and we are finally here.

How would you like to see things evolve? How would like to see your life be? We cannot control others, but we can control how we show up for ourselves.

When we get out of balance and have too much of one emotion/feeling it can cause all kinds of havoc on ourselves and our life. To balance out the fear (or whatever word describes where you currently are at), what would be helpful for you? Peace? Calm? Confidence? What if you focused a bit more on that and less on the fear? I’m not saying get rid of the fear, but to find a balance that is good for you.

I wrote last week about my need to slow down. I am able to come from a place of healthy thinking, and checking in frequently with my body to ensure it continues to feel strong and capable. I am familiar with this space and I know when it gets off balance and how easily I can readjust.

If you’ve been sick, lacking energy, overwhelmed, you are most likely out of balance, too much of one thing or another and the body is saying, slow down, reassess, find the balance so it can be healthy. If all you do while you are resting, sleeping, being forced to lay down is thinking about what all you need to do when you get healthy, you are missing the point. This is the time to decide, what is the sweet spot between activity and rest for me?
