A full body Reiki session consists of the person laying fully clothed on a treatment table. The practitioner places their hands in standard hand positions on the person’s body. If the person is sensitive to touch, the hands can also be held over the area being treated. The person may feel warmth, cool, tingling or very little and Reiki is still working, going to where it is needed. Sometimes people see colors or visions during a session, this is all normal.
